Well  two years ago at this time I was waking up in the hospital.  I thought they didnt do the surgery cause it didnt hurt.  weighing in at 264, sleep apnea machine, asthma, chronic joint pain, reflux, diebetes,  you name it.. it was on the list.. I was sure I was gonna die.. but if I died during surgery that would be ok because at least I tried to save myself.   Now two years later I sit here at 120 pounds.. size 3 pants and a whole new outlook on life.  Life is good you see.  I have this wonderful OH family that supports, listens and puts up with me and I know that I am gonna live a long time because I have never felt better in my life..  You all have an awesome day and just remember were we all started and where we are now.. that one pound we stress over is nothing to what we have endured, suffered through and gave up to be where we are now.. we made this choice for a new life and each day we need to remember that when we make our choices for the day.. good bad or different..   I love each and everyone of you so heres my day Breakfast

Ah yes, at a over a year out I surely can pack on the calories. Very very easily. I haven't been sooo great the past couple weeks, so I'm trying to cut back on my calories a little. I'm not exactly sure what my calories should even be as my Dr or Nut would never give me caloric information. Heck they wouldn't even give me a goal weight! I made my own realistic goal and I'm 16lbs from that. I have basically been maintaing since January and want to get these last 16lbs off. I've been maintaining at around 1,000-1,200 calories, so I was trying to go lower.  I always keep my protein above 100 though. Ah, whoever said this stuff was easy is crazy!

Here I am,, Calories   1301 Fat     69 Carbs   63 Protein   94 Ive really determined lately to cut the carbs and up the protein and water,,so far, so good. IVe also been making myself eat different foods instead of so many slider foods. Ive eaten more fresh spinach, chicken, meat and eggs. and I seem to be more satisfied. And when Im thirsty, I try water first. To my surprise and delight,,sometimes thats exactly what I needed! Be blessed betsy

Happy Anniversary Carla! Here is my day, better choices today.  I am hoping I can get myself to at least eat healthier choices if I feel the need to comfort myself.  I'm working on the mental aspects, that's all I can do right now. May 8, 2008
