Late night Snack Patrol for Wednesday
Alright all.. back away from the cookies, back away from the carbs.. you can do it.. I am here for support.. last night my pc went out but I was here in spirit. tonight I hope now to get booted off again. You all stay tough and walk away..

Just enjoyed a nice SF chocolate/caramel hard candy because something carby and sweet was calling me. I might have to do another before the night is through....hope the malitol monster doesn't come and claim my behind.
Been a good day though for the most part (although an extra yogurt makes me go into meltdown mode because I freak out about an extra 100 cals stalling my weight loss). Wish I could shake that off. Kinda annoying to be honest.

Hello all, I have just discovered this site. I am almost three years out and now am having some difficulty not eating thing I shouldn't. Today I am starting the 5 day Pouch Program. Today has been a little hard but I will make it through. They say the first day is the worst. I did have a few strawberries but according to the instructions you can have a bite of fruit if you need to. I have to get back on track. I have put on 10 lbs which I realize is my own fault for not following the rules. Thanks for listening.
Too exhausted and mentally stressed tonight to eat. That's not a good thing, but at least it kept me from snacking. LOL. Today was one of those days. Work was hectic and stressful. Then both of my children decided to be in moods today that drove me absolutely crazy. LOL. What a day! I am off to bed. I am pooped out. I have been concentrating extra hard on watching the snacking and I do honestly feel more in control this week. I think it is a mixture of me trying harder plus knowing I have to check in with you guys. Thanks Carla for taking time to support us all. Good night.
