Hump day.. I am dying right now.. tummy is rebeling on what I ate for dinner.. I am hoping it passes the right way.  So how are you all doing.  I had a great day.  work is fun and exciting and I am having a great time. Didnt eat enough but I will make it up tomorrow I am sure here was my day Breakfast:

Hey Carla, I didn't to so well today, my numbers aren't horrible but it's what I ate.  I can't seem to get a grip on this right now.  I'm leaning on food for comfort when I really need to deal with a situation right now that I don't know how to approach.   May 7, 2008

Hey you.  sometimes life can really mess with your head and escaping is the only way we know how to cope.. for us that is eating.. it has been like that all our lives and it's not gonna change over night.  some days we dont make the best choices but remember.. if you make them most of the time you are doing better than you ever did before.. take a minute to reflect on whats going on and find the answer.  It's never easy.  My momma who died long ago never drank a day in her life but she life with the mantra of AA next to her side everyday.  She always said.. its not just about drinking that sometimes we need to learn to except but we need to live each and every day with that motto to keep us going..  You will be ok so take a deep breath and do what you need to do to take care of things.. we are all there for you .. you know that.. and even when you're a bit absent from the boards.. we are all still right there with you.. I agree...hang in there girlfriend. At least you recognize the trigger, and although you ate some things not so good, you could have gone real crazy and you didn't!!! hugs to you!!!

Had a decent day but ouch my tummy muscle feel like I just had a tummy tuck, tight and sore!!.My new pilates was so worth the money just for the rebounder. It's a trampoline you bounce off laying down. Dinner was easy pulled the left overs pasta out of fridge...love that...gives me a break in 92 degrees weather. May 7, 2008

Ouch.. pilates are a killer I tell you.. I always hurt when I did them.  you had an awesome day.  I did the same.. left overs from all my cooking.. plus I got my left over prime rib and lobster. cant loose with that..  Good night and stay cool.. Carla

You are just not going to believe this day...Not one more bite wlll pass these lips till the morning. I promise. We had a going away dinner for a friend at Olive Garden. The only thing I could see on the list that didn't have pasta was the Chicken Marsala. I ate about 3/4 of it over the course of an hour and didn't drink anything until I got home...But still Breakfast: oatmeal, TVP, soy milk and coffee Snack: 1 oz cheese stick with sliced turkey breast wrapped around it (two slices, accidently), medium orange Lunch 5 oz of ground beef with taco seasoning, 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes and 1 slice of cheese Snack: 4 oz Dannon Yogurt w/ 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup Choco Coffee Beans Dinner: Chicken Marsala (Olive Garden) Totals for the day: Calories: 2222 Fat: 114 Carbs: 163 Protein: 144 I had to refigure the totals cuz all I could find on line was the weigh****chers numbers (23.5) and wanted to find the protein too...So I broke down their recipe into 1 serviing size..major components..Yikes. That was a whole pound of chicken breast! Whoa! That makes me feel even more stuffed than I was!

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
