Late night Snack Patrol
Yep, my worst time of day is before bed. It's become a HABIT to eat. I am not hungry. Shoot, I am not even emotional, it's just a REALLY bad habit. So, tonight when I feel like reaching for crap-o-rama, I am going to come here and post instead. I am hoping it helps!! I had a great lunch and then I went to grab a few (just a few...the downfall mantra of the century) M&Ms. Then I went to grab a few more and said "NOPE! Gonna go check in on the snack thread instead!" So, here I am. Thanks for the encouragement. YOU folks are amazing, don't EVER forget it!

As for all of us evening/night time snackers. I know that I cannot change the fact that I will want something in the evening when I have ended my day and am relaxing watching the tube and on my laptop checking out OH ect... So I usually save an allocated amount of good food to have during that time. I still stay within my usual daily calorie count and it has not given me any trouble. I believe that the time you eat is not important as long as you don't go too far over your target calorie count for the day.
