The week is just begining. how are we doing.. we starting off with a smooth sailing ship or is it a bit rocky.  Another busy week for me as always but I love to hustle and bustle.. I actually made sure I did a protein drink today so I did better on my day.  Still could use a bit more to get me up to 1200 but at least I am closer. Here was my day Breakfast:

Hey Carla, I'm gonna pat myself on the back tonight I had control today, woo hoo.  Those meatballs had way to much fat though didn't realize when I bought them it was that bad. May 5, 2008

Okay. I'm not going to snack tonight. Not because I don't want to (I sure do) but because my head feels like it's nine sizes too big. What a reaction from my allergy shots. I sneezed every 15-20 seconds on the 20 minute drive home...Ouch. So it's allergy meds and off to bed for me. water on the night stand willprobably do me all night long... Breakfast: malto meal, soy protein, soy milk, coffee Snack: 1 oz cheese, 1 medium orange Lunch: Taco salad including 1 cup chopped lettuce, 6 spinach leaves, 1/2 cup ground beef taco mix, 1 oz cheese, 2 T ranch dressing Snack: 1 medium apple, 1/8 cup toffee peanuts, 4 oz dannon yogurt Dinner: Stuffed bell peppers. over a cup of stuffing, 1 pepper and some cheese..I'm stuffed! Totals for the day: Calories: 2115 Fat; 116 Carbs: 157 Protein: 122 Protein alittle low but my brain is clogged...Off to bed for me.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Ah that sucks.. I know allergies are attacking everyone righ now.  You still did ok for the day.  wow on the fat.. ouch.  hope you are feeling better tomorrow Carla

Hi Carla, Had a fair day but shoulda woulda skip the pasta but hubby really rarely asks for anything special so I made it. I know I will pay for those carbs but tomorrow I am back to working out so I will be working it off.
