Late night Snack Patrol
Are you making this a daily post? I need it definitely, night time is usually the worse part of the day for me, lately all day has been bad; so far today I'm following my plan *maybe this is the turnaround for me?*.

I have mostly controlled snacks...
But I only sleep 4-6 hours (on good days) and I am up the rest of the time. I need to eat every 3 hours or I get anxious and shaky...My husband goes to work at 3 am and home by 3 pm...Dinner by 5 and bed by 9. It's hard for me to eat dinner at 5 pm and stay awake for 10 more hours (I'm up til 2-3 am usually) without snacks...I usually do three small snacks in that ten hours time frame after dinner...I have no choice...Well maybe a sleeping pill...but I'm not into taking anymore pills with all the freaking vitamins I have to pop all dang day! LOL
So it seems like I snack a lot...but I have very long days....and I gotta eat! LOL The hard part is sometimes wanting unheathy snacks or like lately, I'm out of my favorite snack....."yogurt" and so I'm really having a hard time wanting to snack on "other" things.
The busier I get in this warmer weather...the more I eat too...but I don't usually gain anything. Then again...I never watched what I ate as much as I do now...so it's a little different now than the last 4 years of my WLS maintenance...I think I ate much less before...because I didn't have a protein drink at all and I didn'****ch carbs or fat at all and didn't think of food all day. I have cut back quite a bit on both fat and carbs and seem to eat much more now. Now that I count and weigh everything...all I think about is food and snacks...It's Catch 22...
