Well our weekend has drawn to a close but seems like we all had a good time.  Life is so good now.. I dont think I stopped all day.  I cleaned and re arranged my office area for my new business..  set up files and a new file system, set up a new computer for the kids so they will leave mine alone..lol. re-organized the garage to make an area for me to do my work and overall cleaned cleaned cleaned.  I forgot to eat again of course..lol Here is my day Breakfast:

Okay. Today was nuttty. Hubby's birthday so we went out the breakfast and to lunch and stayed out late. If I don't eat another single thing the totals will remain the same: Breakfast: malto meal, TVP, soy milk and coffee Snack: nothing.  Lunch: 2 eggs and 5 oz of steak (guessing on the steak, I shared with hubby) and 1/4 cup of hashbrowns at the most Snack: nothing again Dinner: 1/4 of  ham and pineapple pizza..with anchovies...Lovin that completely. We were done with dinner before 2 pm so I'm hungry again.  I may have left over quesadilla. if that is the case my totals will be this: Calories: 2010 Fat: 86 carbs: 179 Protein: 126 Hot flashes and night sweats AND I'm hungry again. Plus I'm helping my daughter with a cultural history class by giving her all our family history with photos too...I showed her the stuff I have on ancestry.com...and she has all my photos so she's off and running.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I swear I am so busy just not sure I am accomplishing much.After mass I cleaned and cleaned but I did the same thing yesterday and day before....I always clean my house everyday because of my allergies. I feel like I need a vacation away from my home and computer. I just want to vegetate off on an island for some "ALONE" time but I would probably hate the hotel and be cleaning my room so I guess I will stay home!! Okay I did okay, got in all water vits but have not exercised since Monday due to dental surgeries. I can't wait to get back on my Pilates tomorrow and bounce my way down a few more lbs...I was 124.5 today!!  May 4, 2008

Wow bit on the low side even for you, but the protein is in.. thats a good thing.  well you didnt exercise either so you should be ok.  love that dannon light.. I buy it all the time and forget to eat it.. I should add it to my eating since I have been way low lately. Have a good one and stop cleaning, find a corner and read a book. Carla

let's see. what did i eat yesterday... i had chicken with spanish rice. i made some banana bread so i had several slices of it throughout the day. then i had a double patty hamburger w/ lettuce and tomato a huge sausage with 1 slice wheat bread and a porkchop with tortilla.. today.. i was going to start the week off good.. i bought some new protein shakes at costco and brought a bag of salad mix and cans of tuna to start the week off good at work.. i walk into work... and apparently there is teacher appreciation day.. so i had two bowls of posole and a bluberry muffin... what a bad start to my supposedly brand new start week.  i guess i can start now instead of how i wanted to start this morning..

Say no thank you.. I know it's tough but the rest of our lives we have to learn to do that.. My boss loves to cook and is always bringing in this yummy stuff.. He doesnt even ask me anymore because he knows my answer will be, "no thank you." Lets get your ship sailing upright girl.  welcome aboard Carla

Worked in the yard from am til dark!  Was a beautiful day...Ate a lot of fruit for energy...Lot's of good carbs ad a few naughty ones too...I worked for them. B: Coffee, soy and protein latte L: 2 oz turkey with cream cheese and cranberries in a wrap    with lettuce and tomatoes. ~1 C red seedless grapes ~1/2 mango, sliced D: Organic Angus beef on grill  NO BUN!!! with tomato, spinach mayo and onions ~Whole grain pasta salad with cucumbers and green onions bacon bits , tomatoes and ranch dressing S: Banana S: A smores thingie in the chimnea late at night    1/2 graham cracker, tiny hershey's bar and two fire-roasted marshmellows (never had a smore's...never want another...waaaaay too sweet for me...yucky) S: ham and swiss wrapped around a pickle  S: fiber one cereal.   Fat: 46.5    Cabs 218.5   Protein: 98.5   Fiber 46.5   Calories: 1516 Was a typical long day...but with an all day work out.  I was non-stop working in the yard all day... I need the snacks since dinner is usually 5 PM and I go to bed a good 10 hours later...That's how I live...on 4-5 hours of sleep and high energy the rest of the day...My days really start at about 2 pm (morning I lounge and read my emails and stuff) after lunch I go-go-go til 11-12 am...TV or Internet til 2-3 am ...Pure craziness!

Wow... I am tired reading this... you do have a hectic day and keep it busy.. great job.. good carbs are better.. keep it up... now I need a nap from all of that..lol Carla
