I feeeeeel so good lately...Busy busy busy ...up to my elbows in yard work and dirt!  Love it! B: soy, coffee and choco protein powder L:  4oz Turkey and creamcheese with cranberries in a wrap S: Oh Yeah protein wafers S 1/2 Mango D: 4oz Spinach and goat cheese chicken breast (baked) ~Large mixed green salad with cucumbers and tomatoes with oil and vinegar dressing S: 1 C blueberries S: 1 Cup Fiber one cereal S: Banana (large)  Yum I'm out of Fage yogurt!  So is the grocery store:::::Sniffles::::  They better get some in soon!  Dag nabbit!   Fat 44.5     Carbs: 135.5      Protein:  99.5      Fiber 47      Calories 1298
