Accountability... what did you eat Saturday
Wow were is everyone today. Must be having a great fun filled weekend. Glad you all are out and about doing things.. now keep that ship moving on..
Here is my day.. was actually a good girl at grandmas. yeah
Breakfast:
I am so not hungry today for some reason. figure I will do a protein shake for dinner and my ice cream later. Trying to talk myself into eating a bit more.. we will see how it goes as the night goes on.

Wish I was out having some fun...spent several days scanning and copying hubby's medical records to send to a neurosurgeon, they want records for all his doctors so they can determine which neurosurgeon is the right one with all his past and present history. Very exhausting trying to get him in the right hands. I was too busy to eat. I still have to get my last drink in, I counted it but haven't drank it as yet.

You're right. We just got in from our road trip to go pick up dh's new toy, a Manx Body Dune Buggy...Left at 9 am this morning and got home about 3 pm. Too tired to make good choices. But I did have a venison burger for "dinner". I left most of the bun and just had the patty...Otherwise, another high fat, high carb day..
Breakfast: malto meal, TVP, soy milk and coffee
Snack: not much snacking today. Mostly jus****er. 1 bottle of water
Lunch: 3 egg omelet, swiss cheese and ortega chilis, about a cup of cottage cheese
Snack: another two bottles of water.
Dinner: Venison burger. Counted 1/4 lb, 1 slice of bread and 1 Tablespoon of mayo.
Snack (just ate this an hour ago...3 cups of microwave popcorn, kettle corn flavor.
So the popcorn wasn't the best of choices but I've been craving it for months. Gave in today. Before the popcorn my calories were at 1500. Fat was at 76 and Carbs was under 100...Protein was good so I could justify a treat..

3 achieve, strawberries, 1 margaretta SF, some chips and different dips.1/2 c chex mix, . Busy day and upset stomach when I tasted my spagtz sauce and the meat did not settle well in my pouch!
I like baked beans too, but they have too much sugar in them for me!
Oh well, went to a cinco de maya party tonight.That's why I had some chips and dips. never like to eat too much when I'm out just in case something doesn't settle well with me. It was fun, but I did not know many of the people. Went with my girlfriend.
Oh well, glad your day was ok. Its good not to eat when you are not hungry anyway Carla.

Hi Carla, another bad day for me yesterday.......did very well til late last night then just didn't have the determination I needed. I have started off today right. I was talking to a friend last night about how I've not been making good choices NOR drinking my shakes and water.
I am not staying here I hate it and get so angry that I let myself get in these ruts......so today I am preparing for the week. Already started cooking and will do more this afternoon, no excuses with good choices available I can do it!
Today will probably not be real good either, off to MIL in a second and they are having FF and homemade fried chicken. I just had a Power Crunch bar and will limit these foods today. BUT, tomorrow I'm back on track and will get these 4 lbs off, I can feel it and don't like it one bit.
