The weekend is here.. I did my first consultant job.  All the way their I was worried I would measure up to what they wanted.  hmmm... I think I did ok.. they seemed very impressed with what I said.. so thats a good thing.  I have been hungry today probably because the scale hit 118 today.  I seem to get hungry when I get below 120.. i could just be me trying to get the weight back up.. I havent decided yet... but I ate today.. here it is Breakfast:

Didnt drink as much as usual cause I was observing classes most of the morning but I will catch it up cause I am thristy right now.  Guess I will be up going potty all night...lol

It's grandmas day and i here their is a surprise bday party with sf cake and ice cream.. hmmm.... go figure.. they are even making some low carb mac salad.. I am in charge of corn and ribs.. which I cant eat either but I got myself a juicy steak.. yummy.

I think stress makes me hungry. LOL. Actually, I haven't been stressed lately. The rash on my arms disappeared and even the rash around my stomach and on my shins is gone. What's up with that? If I could figure out what kind of stress makes it come on...I could get rid of it. I bet it was the taxes or maybe the thought of one of my kids' problems causing it...Maybe all of it.  I sort of over did it today. I actually had two slices of pizza for lunch. 700 calories just in that little bit..So the rest of the afternoon was catching up on my liquids.  Breakfast: malto meal, TVP and soy milk, coffee Snack: 1 oz cheese stick, 1 medium banana Lunch 2 pieces Supreme Rising Crust Stater Brother's Pizza, 1/3 of a whole pie.  Snack: 1/4 cup Toffee Peanuts and 2 servings of soy protein  Dinner: 1.5 cups of meat quesadilla (chicken, not beef)  Dessert: probably just a crystal light drink...I'm at the top end of my calories already: Totals Calories: 2174 Fat: 77 Carbs; 260 Protein: 130 I saw somewhere where they recommend that you stay below 100 grams of carbs a day to lose weight...YIKES. How the heck can you stay that low on carbs and get enough protein if you do mre than drink protein shakes in a day? Just the pizza was 86 grams of carbs...Bad carbs, yes. But it was a different thing to eat and I think variety helps. So long as after that large number of carbs I can say no and eat something less Carby...Carbs tend to beget carbs...
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Well to get that many cals in i thinkit would be hard to stay that low on carbs.  you had another rocing day.  Glad to hear the rash is gone.. Stress is probably the problem.  Have a great weekend Carla

I posted this in Thurday by accident...I'm losing my mind!  LOL Must be the sugar!  I'm going to have a much better saturday if I have to put a lock on the fridge to do it!  Dag nabbit!  I can do this...I can ...I can ....I can!!!!!!!!!! I'm okay...really! LOL Impossible to get totals today since I fasted for breakfast 2nd day in a row for blood tests...and for lunch I had sample tastes  (good choices tastes ...like salmon twice, meats, nuts ) at Costco...I can say that my protein is definitely very low though...I didn't eat much at all today I did have some sugars and white flours today for energy...caffeinne headaches killed me... Dinner I had another organic -farm raised burger with swiss cheese and mushrooms Snack: 1 cup blueberrries Late snack:  1 Cup Fiber one cereal... Chocolate chip cookie (the full fat and sugar kind)  White chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie too...Both eaten far apart or i would have been laid out in pain.... 1/4 of a fresh sliced mango Estimate : calories 1100  Fat 50   Carbs 140    Protein 50    Fiber 35 I know...bad day!  Cookies have to go!  I won't touch them now...they didn't even taste good...so sweet after not eating much sugar anymore... Got that outta my system now....All my hamburger buns are gone now too....No more bread!  YAY!

wow.. you are right low day for you.  I do the same thing.. eat them and wonder why.. they arent that good.  Better day tomorrow I hope. Have a good one Carla
