Dawn, if I ate the calories you've been putting in the last month, I promise you I would be about 140. You must have a very high metabolism. G_d bless you! I get full just reading your posts wishing I could do that. How's your hives doing? You're going to look so healthy for Hawaii!!

Friday Weigh-in was on my mind all week, a good thing indeed! I'll be out of town this week Sat thru Tue, I will be posting next Fri. Carla, this is helping, I've got a night time out of control eating habit that needs serious help, but I am working on it. Thanks to you all. You ladies have some beautiful weights, good example. I'm 5' 2", Goal weight: Same as Carla!!! :-) Hope to get my picture up soon. Last week: 145  (April 25) This week: 140.5 (May 2)   WLS: Dec. 1, 2005 Starting weight before WLS: 284 Lowest weight after WLS: 133 I've got a beach vacation the first week of June. I so want to lose more weight before then.

That is awesome.. almost 5 pounds in one week.. see you can do it.. on your trip just remember.. stick with the basics and know we are all here supporting you.. congrats girl.. I am so happy for you Carla

Last week: 126 This week 126  Maintaining when I expected to drop, though I did see 124.5 2 days until all the chocolate and  sodium from my chinese bean curd last night...Okay back to business and maybe in the morning I will drop a pound of fluid.

I have been eating more calories recently and in spite of that I have been able to maintain. YEY! but would like to lose a little more.

I keep forgetting to weigh in on fridays...So saturdays mornings are easier for me!  I am happy to say that my gain last week was certainly TOM and it's large appetite and hormonal mind games!  LOL!  I am not my controlled self with TOM!  Last week 167.1 This week 164.8 YAY!!!!
