Alright everyone... it's Friday and its time to weigh in.. How are you doing.  Are you maintaining, loosing or gaining.  Doesn't matter cause we are all winners here.. Each of you be proud of all you have accomplished.  You deserve it.. So let us know.. how you are doing and where you are wanting to go. Last week 120 This week 120  Maintaining for 9 months.. yeah for me..  Congrats all.  you rock Carla

Well in all my wonderful week of glory I'll post here: 2 weeks ago ~~ 123.6 Today ~~ 127.4 You will not see this number next week; my goal is at least a 2 lb loss this week, shooting to lose all 4 that I gained in a week.

You can do it Dana... I know you can.  It's a small bump in the road.. remember a couple of weeks ago I did the same thing and now I am back down to 120.  We are all here with you. Carla

132 I hate weigh ins. I am so trying to get to 125 but I can't even get to 130!! Arg! But, I'm maintaining and that is what counts in the end. Dana...you will get that off. You've done great keeping your weight down. Way to go Carla, you are a steady 120!!!

Ah  you will get there.. or maybe this is what it is meant to be.. you look fantastic. As much exercise as you do you are probably all muscle.  Think of all you have accomplished girl and how wonderful you feel.  All the things you can do now.. Maintaining that isnt a bad thing. Carla

I forgot to weigh and post last week.

Two weeks ago: 101.5
This week: 103.5

Since my official "goal" is between 100-105 I'll consider this maintaining! But I'm going to watch it...don't want to creep up over 105. Need to get back to the gym!

Yes and thats our goal. healthy and maintaining isnt it.  congrats on meeting and exceeding your goal.. now the trick is keeping it there.. You will do just fine Carla

wow, you must be really short to maintain at that weight!!! Gosh, at 5 1.5 I was bones at 113!! Good for you!!!

I am 5'5' my friend.. well almost.. 5' 4 and 3/4.. same thing.. Well.. remember I forgot to eat all week..lol.. I am sure that had something to do with it.. Carla

I'm in a really good mood today...Not sure why but it doesn't have much to do with my weight.. Last week: 121.0 This week: 121.2 WOO HOO...TWO TENTHS.. LOL
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
