Sorry I am late again!  I had a hissy fit at the doctors office when I went to go get my labs for iron and she only had a CBC schduled and not ferritin and iron too!  So I refused to take the test after fasting! I was pissed.  LOL  So I went back friday after i talked to the doc and she put in for iron and ferritin...She is more concercerned about my red blood counts being low rather than the reason for it...LOW IRON!  Anyway...I was totally drained for the last few days being off all my vitamins and skipping meeals for blood tests two days in a row...I'll be glad to get back on my viamins and feel better...(No coffee for two days either...the caffeine headaches kept me from posting) B: Fasting...none L: 3 pm Zone Perfect Bar S: 1/2 yam nothing added...plain D: 2 X 2 oz turkey tacos with cheddar cheese, peppers and onions and fresh spinach S: 1/2 C 2% Fage with 1 C Pureed starwberries and 1/4 C TVP  (Over ate on this!) WHEW! S: 2 T organic peanut butter on cerlery stalks Fat: 48.5     Carbs:97    Protein: 94.5     Fiber 30.5       Calories 1044      Sugar 24
