Hello all.. I did better today.. I actually ate.. yeah for me.. of course my boss wanted to have a working lunch so I had to eat..lol... How are you all doing today.  I am having a good day.. not as crazy as past days and tomorrrow I go to the new job and get to consult for them.. I am excited about that..  So here was my day. Breakfast:

Now we know you are feeling better, you are eating your ice cream again! Had a good exercise day at kung fu 1.50 hours. I will try to eat more protein tonight. Hi everyone!  Glad to hear that you are having a good day.  Didn't get a chance to post my numbers for yesterday but it was a good day.  Today I was just hungry.  It wasn't just because I was bored or emotional eating...I was just hungry.  My calories were up a little bit but my spinning class should take care of that.  I do think sometimes I should up my calories a little bit to see if that will help me lose my last few re-gain pounds but it's so hard to do.

I totally agree with you.  I said that the other day.. the way you exercise you should be hitting at least 1300 if not 1500.  great dau amd the protein number rocks.. Carla

Yes.. allergies are kicking a lot of peoples butt... go figure when I was heavy I had asthma and bad allergies.. all gone now..  you did ok.. could of used a bit more cals and protein but not a bad day if you didnt exercise and didnt feel all that great.  you are doing great girl.. keep it up Carla

Blah...Don't mention ice cream to me for a while...I'm still not feeling well. I think I threw out my back dumping last night...Anyway...I had a high day today and I snacked on peanuts which is always going to show high numbers..

Breakfast: malto meal, soy protein, soy milk, coffee

Snack: 1 cheese stick, 1 medium grapefruit (I love these peeled with all the membranes removed...yummy)

Lunch: 3 oz pork chop, 4 oz surimi imm crab, 1 cup lettuce, 7 spinach leaves, Caesar dressing, ¼ cup flavored TVP  Snack: Apple, SoBe Protein Water, Roasted peanuts (1.75 oz) Dinner: 2 tacos, 2/3 cp ground beef, 1 oz cheese and two taco shells, scant lettuce and tomatoe - which I didn't even count. Totals for the day:  Calories 2170 Fat 93 Carbs 187 Protein: 164 I think after the ice cream incident, I was afraid I was headed down on the scale (showed 120.8 this morning) so I over did it alittle on the snacking. Didn't do anything that was seriously bad but I just kept eating instead of drinking. Munch Monster today.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

wow.. the protein.. wow... sorry to hear about your ice cream moment.. Dont tell anyone but I dump almost daily with it.. doesnt usually hurt my tummy but makes me potty.  I know not to eat one extra bite or it goes the other way.  sad isnt it.. oh well.. dont let those numbers drop my friend.. with all the snacking hopefully you stoped the downward trend. Yes missed Dana also...glad she is back on track. As for me...very weird day...I started out with my drinks and got this craving for bean curd...well I ate 1/3 of the portion have no idea what the heck the calories were but it was with veggies...I can say it had a lot of sodium since this I felt like I had sneakers on when I got out of bed...lots of sodium but no MSG... it was good but very filling and hurt my stomach. I know it couldn't be mu*****alories and I didn't try to figure this one out. So again I probably need to add a few hundred calories ...I did all my vits thank goodness before I started to eat dinner. I wonder how much protein is in bean curd?????
