What would be the estimated calorie and Protein count in a 4 oz cup of pudding? I can't figure it out. I use Sf-FF Instant Jello pudding, 2 Scoops of Body Fortress Chocolate and 2 8 oz cupps of Sf-FF Lactose free Soy Silk Milk.(Green Cap)  I eat atleast 3-4   4oz cups a week, but can't pinpoint the calorie/Protein values. Help!!!!!!

Add up the total number of calories and then divide by the number of servings you get.  Do the same for protein.  For instance (and I'm just making these numbers up!) pudding ~ 120 calories/0g protein protein powder ~ 230 calories/46g protein soy milk ~ 180 calories/16g protein TOTAL ~ 530 calories/62g protein Say you get 4 servings from this.  Divide 530 by 4 and 62 by 4.  Each serving would be 132.5 calories and 15.5g protein.

You can also go to a free web site like spark people.com and they have a recipe calculator that you can put in a recipe and the number of servings and it will calculate calories and nutrition values for you.

You could lower the calories, sugars, carbs if you substitute Hood Calorie Countdown Milk. Just a suggestion.  I love protein pudding!
