Does anyone else experience this?
I have been having nausea and the overwhelming urge to eat carbohydrates. I eat them and then i feel better.. MUCH BETTER. Is this addiction, or physiological need?

Possibly alittle of both.
Try substituting taste for the carbs. Put hot salsa (or tapatio sauce on carbless stuff. I just made (last night) veggie crisps out of zucchini in my dehydrator. Crunchy little slivers of zucchini with Mesquite Veggie grill spice. And I also tried some White Cheddar popcorn spice on them...Mmmm. Yummy. All the crunch and none of the carbs or calories..I think I'm in heaven.

I put the spice on before I dried it. It sticks better that way..
I'm not sure what the shelf life is like on them..>I ate one whole zucchini today for my snack (dried) and I'llprobably eat the whole other one tomorrow...LOL. They won't last long with me.
I do put them in a ziplock bag. I don't think I'd have to since humidity here isn't a prob but I do anyway.

sounds like hypoglycemia. Michells always singing the" drink your protein shakes song"....at least 3-4 a day. when you take your calcium, take about 4ozs of water, mix in your protein and use it to swallow those big old pills or put your upcal D in it. Michelle told me to make sure I drink protein so I won't get those carb cravings-and it works-9 months I've been doing it.
