Well I wear many hats.  I am behavioralist who specializes in communication and assistive technology for developmentally disabled individuals.. most behavior happen because of inability to communicate.  So I do a lot of that stuff...  Lets look at your day.. need more liquids... yep... need more.. the rest looks great... keep those numbers with a few more drinks and you will be rocking out. Hopefully you can get used to your new hectic schedule...The only thing I worry about is your health!  So please take care of you...or you will get sick with too much of not eating! If you are forgetting food...PLEASE don't forget vits! I am very good at taking my vitamins.. thank goodness..  I am having a great time.  I was starting to get bored with the old job..lol... Hey you nice protein day.. oh my... did you eat a tree for that fiber.. wow oh wow.  Good day weigh to go. Carla

Hello!  Well, I am back for a second time.  Seem to be doing okay but the scale is not cooperating much lately.  I am really trying not to get frustrated.  Sometimes I think I need to mix my calories up a little bit including a day with a little higher calories but to be honest...I am full with what I eat.  Any suggestions??

Very nice job Mary.  I see you do a lot of exercise so I wonder if you are putting yourself into starvation mode.  You could be ok but you might want to look at your resting metabolism and see what amount is appropriat eto eat for your exercise. Great protein.. yeah to you and great sailing captain.. day two and the skies are clear and blue Carla

Had so much energy after I did my exercising this am. I vacuumed, and dusted and washed floors, made lentil soup, did laundry, changed the bed and even gave my dog a bath all before 3:30pm.
