Well folks.. signed my first offical contract today for my business. very sweet.  I now own the record for the most appointments in one day at work.. omg.. it was crazy.  I actually saw 8 people today.. I thought 4 was a lot.. but 8.. I never stopped.  Needless to say I am on the tired side right now.. plus I stopped and signed that contract to boot.. than went grocery shopping cooked dinner and I am so tired I cant eat.. So as you probably guessed.. I forgot to eat today again.. yes I know flame me.. its ok.. i am drinking a protein shake.. a double just to make up for my day..  heres what it looked like. Breakfast:

The chicken salad was with a client working with the kid at a resturant.. go figure.. but could only eat a small bit.. I lied and said I ate that much but I am sure I didnt.. hey dont want it to be to low.. lol Well guys.. I feel like I am missing you all.. I usually check the boards all day long and the last couple of days I only check a few times a day.. bare with me.. you know I luv you all.. you are all doing fantastic..  Stay well and keep sailing those ships girls.. Hey busy lady your accomplishing a lot. Low numbers for me also.,..eating my last piece of Talapia as I type this...root canal went okay now tomorrow I get a wisdom tooth extracted...not sure about that one. I nearly went into shock at the dental office he used a gel to numb before injection to numb and there was saccharin in it...dope didn't pay any attention to my allergy list. Good thing I had a epi pen with me.

Yikes. You think he would look at that kind of thing before he sticks his hands in your mouth.  I have had two teeth pulled in my life.. both times I past out cold in the chair.  root canals.. none of that bothers me.. but pull a tooth and watch me drop over..lol I fee for you and the wishdom teeth.. my mouth is hurting just thinking about it.. low day but understandable.. I figure it would be with a dental appointment and tomorrow wont be much better.. Carla

Well, the low calorie trend stops right here...I was good today on the fat and protein...Calories needed to be high but the carbs...Well, the carbs were way up there.  Breakfast: malto meal, soy proten, soy milk and coffee (and home dried strawberries in the malto meal) Snack: 1 cheese stick and a small orange.  Then another small orange Lunch: 6 oz of pot roast left over stewed meat, about a half of a tiny potato. Couldn't eat another bite.  Snack: 4 oz Dannon Light and Fit and 1/4 cup TVP.  Then 12 oz of V-8 Juice I drank a TON of water today.  Dinner; I actually had two pieces of Rising Crust Supreme Pizza. 700 calories and 28 grams of protein. That's where the carbs were highest.  Totals for the day: Calories: 2010 Fat: 62 Carbs: 224 Protein: 149 since Im over the top on calories and protein..No dessert for me. Maybe more water. My experiment with TVP is combined with an experiment with the popcorn spice. I sliced up Mexican Squash and tossed it in the dehydrator with White Cheddar on one tray and Mesquite Veggie spice on another tray. I put the TVP in the oven to toast it with the White Cheddar. Smells alot like the popcorn and I tested a piece of it just now...Tastes alittle like popcorn too. It browned alittle cuz of the butter but I think it might be a go.  I got two samples of the popcorn spice at my local support group meeting. Made by Kernel Spice, I believe the website is www.nomorenakepopcorn.com...I looked and they have several sweet flavors but they aren't sugar free..I'm askeerd to try those but if I find it at Wally World...I may just anyway. I'm thinking the cinnamon spice might just be awesome on ice cream (sugar free ofcourse.)

sounds yummy... I would need a dehydrator for that but sounds tasty.  darn those carbs.. you are doing good girl.. dont sweat the small stuff.. doesnt seem to affect your weight at all.. lucky girl Carla

Hey ladies! Hope everyone enjoyed their day. Yesterday, I tried on some jeans that were a lil snug when I bought them...well they're actually a bit loose now! And they look good on me! I'm not the one to wear low rise jeans (my booty and hips just don't agree with the look) but I like these. Even though the weight is slow as hell, my body is changing again...that's a good thing! So anyhoo....here's what I had today: -Light n Fit yogurt, 3 slices bacon, 1/2 honey wheat english muffin w/smidge of butter -8 oz. milk w/1/2 scoop  protein and SF choc mix -grilled ham n cheese sammy, 1c. chickarina soup -SF pudding -3 oz. chicken made with diced tomatoes, garlic and 1/2c. whole wheat fettucine -protein cookie, 8 oz. that is so awesome.. I think you stall on weight loss when you shrink than it goes back to loosing.. shows what you are doing is working... keep going girl.. you are doing great...  Carla

Carla I understand how eating can take a backseat...to staying busy...now take care of yourself...listen to me the pot calling the kettle black...I disappeared due to guilt...my ship was taking on water.....I was living off of shakes too...I was okay on my supplements and my water though but my calories and protein continue to be on the low side....Thanks for all you do with the board with your schedule it really does keep me on the straight and narrow....I have a really good day planned today so I will log in later...Take care.
