Accountability... what did you eat Monday
When I get busy like that (usually summer) I just lose track of time and don't have enough time to eat all my requirements...So I know what you mean! Haven't had that "problem" in a while! I don't think I forget to eat as much as I think of food! LOL
B: 1/2C Soymilk, 1 tsp instant coffee, 2oz vanilla protein
~1 small banana
L: 2 1/2 oz spicy tuna with 1/4 C mediteranian cheese crumbles, fresh spinach
in a low carb wrap on the panini grill
~1/2 C cottage cheese whipped with instant SF banana pudding mix and sf whipped cream
S: 1/4 C dark chocolate espresso beans
S: 4oz Chardonnay (white wine)
D: 5 oz Chicken baked with red potaotes, artichoke hearts, and olives
in 1/2 C white wine and sage, garlic and onions...(Took off skin)
S: 1 C mixed strawberries and raspberries in 1/2C 2% Fage yogurt (Stevia sweetened)
S 1/2 C Fiber one cereal dry
Fat 45.5 Carbs 130 Protein: 125.5 Fiber 32.5 Calories 1477
lol.. oh i think of food still but my thoughts kind of go.. hmmm.. i need to eat.. well not now.. I will take care of it later.. than later comes and its to close to my meal time so I have to wait.. than i miss my meal time and.. well you get it.. summer is like that for me as well. wasnt long ago I was really struggling not to eat a lot.. that 5dpt really brought be back...
You again have great numbers.. you are doing so good.. wow on the fiber... thats the way to keep things moving.
