Accountability... what did you eat Saturday

The protein amount is confusing. The Nutritionist feels that the 75-80g protein range is enough to correct my "low normal" level. My results on the pre-albumin test was 17.9 based on a 17-34 "normal" range. Some post-ops have mentioned that higher levels can strain the kidneys.
At Support Group, the Nutritionist's Dietician discussed saturated fats be limited to no more than 10g/day of the 38g/day total fat for their patients. The SG is for patients who are over 1 year post-op. After changing the SparkPeople nutritional goals to include Fatty Acids, Saturated Total %, my "April" average is at 11g .... but the daily counts were as high as 21g sat. fat. "May" starts off with a "16g" sat. fat, but now my goal is to watch that it stays closer to the 10g/day sat. fat "goal".
Increase the Proteins...Watch the Sat. Fats...

So I checked around with a few people, who have higher protein ranges and figured that the Nut. is probably trying to find the right range for me "in steps". There will probably be another test later on to see if 75-80g protein is enough OR if I also need to increase the grams. Probably so; no big deal... if the higher level is needed.... I'll just "up" it again.
