THREE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!
HI ALL!
TODAY IS MY 3RD ANNIVERSARY. I HAD MY SURGERY AT WAKE FOREST HOSPITAL APRIL 26, 2005. I AM DOING FINE AND HAVING NO PROBLEMS. I EAT LIKE A "NORMAL" SMALL WOMAN AND DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT MOST DAYS (I DIDNT THINK ID EVER GET TO THAT POINT). I RARELY WEIGH...I WAS A PRISONER OFF THE SCALE ALL MY LIFE AND IT WORK WELL FOR ME NOT TO WEIGH OFTEN..I DO REALIZE OTHER PEOPLE FIND IT BETTER TO WEIGH.
SUSAN
Congrats on 3 years

Congrats on your wonderful 3 years and many more successful years to come!
I hate weighing too often too. I go up an down but always seem to balance out...It's easier to not worry about 2-3 lbs when you don't see them...I guess I never realized how little I worried as much as I do now that I weigh all the time...At least I weigh weekly and not everyday like I was for a while. It's not worth the stress to me either...unless I am not being good with my diet...then I know I better weigh and keep myself in check.
Well congrats again! Great job!
