Sorry about that, my comp had a hiccoup ?? Anyway, I read a post about high protein oatmeal and decided to get creative.  I mixed oatmeal, sweetner, cinnamon, ff milk and soy protein.   BIGGGG Mistake!!!  I mean WOWWWWW. My husband walked into the room as I was collapsed on a big chair trying to pry my tongue off the roof of my mouth, my eyes were watering, my nose was watering, I was gaguing and all he could say was "Got Milk???" DH can always see the humor, no matter what is happening.  He's the greatest.

Some of that stuff is nasty. I have hot cereal in the mornings EVERY morning and I either mix protein powder in it or TVP. I have soy protein powder in Vanilla and Chocolate so if I mix Malto meal with the Chocolate SP Powder it sort of comes out like chocolate malto meal without the sugar.  I think the best is a packet of micro oatmeal and vanilla protein powder (with soy milk, of course) and it is YUMMY...
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
