Crazy busy day but that is good. B Coffee cream and splenda Atkins bar (I dumped on sugar alcohols...haven't done that in a long time?!) L Red delicious Apple 2 tablespoons Natural Peanut butter 1/4 cup special K D 1/4 cup Rottisserie chicken breast ( no skin) 1 package weight smart veggies by green giant (Yes minus the carrots...Yes the seeing eye dog in training ate those) 10 natural almonds 1 cup romaine lettuce 1 tablespoon balsalmic vinegar S Sugar Free Isopure drink ( working on protein boost) 75 oz water or propel mix All my vitamins 950 calories 50 fats 80 carbs 96 protein Have a great weekend

Well, I was doing good but at the end of the day I wanted to up my protein just a bit and had another ice cream shake...You know, I think something in that ice cream doesn't agree with me. I get such stomach craps after eating it...Maybe I should let it go...
Breakfast: 3T malto meal, 1 scoop soy protein, 1 cup soy milk and coffee
Snack: 1 oz Cheese stick, 2/3 of a small orange (was turning in a spot so I tossed nearly half of it)
Lunch: 4 oz of grilled chicken on a bed of 7 spinach leaves, 1 cup of lettuce and 1/2 cup of green peas (previously frozen, boiled, left over) and Thousand Island Dressing (not diet)
Snack: 12 oz V8 Juice, 1 medium apple, 1/2 cup (2 servings) of Toffee Peanuts (for a meeting...This was HIGH in calories but those meetings can be rough...My upper boss announced she's leaving and we're losing two girls to a different department. Gonna be a rough summer)
Dinner: 4 oz Beef Pot Roast, 1 small potato, 1 medium carrot
Dessert: 1/2 cup Dreyers NSA Coffee Ice Cream, 1 cup Soy Milk, 1 scoop Soy Protein (yup, measured exactly this time to be sure).
Totals for the day:

FAt: 84
Carbs: 243
Protein: 151
I think this was my highest calorie day all week so that's not too bad. I just wish I could get calories up and protein up without the fat and carbs..At least they aren't BAD carbs.
I worry about training myself to get more calories by snacking so much and then ending up like the other poster...I can say no to all the crap the rest of the office eats and it's not too hard when I have my own sugar free stuff. I don't really miss all the junk yet. YET.

Hubby came home with Popeye's Fried Chicken friday! I could have knocked him out! I was all ready for homemade turkey tacos! Oh well. At least my protein accounts for most of those calories!
S: 1C Soymilk, 1 tsp instant coffee, ho****er, 2 oz vanilla protein
B:1/2 C Egg Beaters, tomato, 2 T wheat germ, 1/4 C mediterrainian cheese crumbles
~Small banana
L:5oz chicken breast baked over spinach and artichoke in vinegarette marinade
LF mozz cheese and tomatoes on top
S: breaded and fried chicken wing (Popeye's take out)
1/2 C mashed potatoes and gravy
D: Popeye's Fried chicken breast stripped of the skin and coating...
1/2 C cottage cheese pureed smooth with Instant SF pistachio pudding mix
and a dollup of SF fake whipped topping...yummy

Yipes! TOM here again this month (twice now) 21 day cycle :::pouting::: This is going to be bad for Iron testing next week. I was hoping to have a cycle AFTER the retest so I didn't spill iron...AND I have to quit taking the iron for three days starting monday...This is not going to be good... Hoping this is a light visit...
