Friday weigh in
Last week: 121.4 This week: 121.0 You know, I think my body was so used to yo-yoing for years and years (you know, down 20 up 45) that constant is just not a condition it's used to. At least now I'm yo-yoing a half pound, couple of ounces... I've been within spitting distance of 122 for 10 months..I figure that has to be maintaining.. June 2007 122.6 December 2007 120.4 Feb 2008 116.6 (lowest weight in my entire life, including adolescent) Aprl 2008 121.4 Not bad..Not bad.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

All of you trim WLS grads are going to keep me motivated. On Monday I was up to 186.4 (GASP
) thus the need to get back to OH boards and on this 5day program. This morning 180.5, so almost 6 lbs. Still got 25 to go to get back to my 155 wirght, but slow & steady wins this race, so I am going to keep trodding along.

Well believe or not I did not loose anything on 5 day pouch test...but good news is I maintained and thats always good.

Just got a fax with my blood work from Monday...Only test not completed yet was Vitamin D. I am proud to say all my numbers are perfect again. My hemoglubin is up to 14.7 and my ferritin continues to climb without taking an iron supplement. It was 144on Monday. Last test from hematologist in March was 137 so this is great. Honestly this is the healthiest I have been in my entire life.
