MUch better day for you.  You seem to be getting it back.  Like I said before a low day once in a while isnt a bad thing.. you are doing great.  I think everyone is tired this week.. Well looks like everyone is busy starting businesses! Pray all goes well for you Carla. here's my list: ARCHWAY Home Style Cookies, Fat Free Sugar Cookies 71 0 17 1 Acheiv protein drink 362 0 2 63 Eggplant parmesan 240 14 16 11 Strawberries, raw 46 1 11 1 Queso Fresco 82 5 3 7 Beef stew, canned entree 109 6 8 6 White pizza, thin crust 116 4 15 5 wasabi peas 120 3 16 5 Totals 1146 32 86 98 kung fu for 1.5 hours today, worked out an additional 30, but was working with my long stick and did not sweat alot with that. really tried to up the drinking today! Glad you lost the 4 lbs you gained! woo-hoo!

Good job.  I think you're like me.. very same old same old.. we get comfy with what we do.. Your cals are up today which is a good thing with all the exercise you did.. you needed it.  Keep working that program girl.. you will be a kung fu master soon. Carla
