Well folks I have some possible good news.  I havent said much but I started my own company this past month since people always want to hire me for stuff for them.  So I did my first consult with one of the largest care facilities in the area.. actually the largest.. He loved it and wants to hire me as a consultant.. big bucks here.. I already have 5 other groups of people wanting me as well.. but this is a biggy.  I am also working on some other big stuff as well.. so as you see.. I have been just crazy busy between that and my regular job.. yikes.. I actually fell asleep in the chair at the computer when I got home.. now that is sad.. well.. no business builds itself without a little work.. tomorrow I have to take two more proposals out and see what I can get from these people.   Anyway back to the journey we all share.. yes we share our lives too which is what is so nice about this thread.  I knew I could tell you all about my lasted adventure.  I enjoy having you all as my friends.. yes I consider you all my friends.. ut oh.. getting mushy.. So I had another good day I think as far as the 5dpt.. day 4 here.  are we all rocking out on the program.. Here was my day Breakfast:

Hi Carla, congratulations on starting your new business, hard work but very rewarding. I did well most of the day.....tonight I've grazed on several things hence higher calories tonight.  I am full now.......I just felt like eating, missing something today I guess or didn't space my day out right and tonight it hit me (wanting food).  I'm not wanting carbs though so I guess that's a good thing. I need to go pull the 5 day pouch test, can't remember what tomorrow entails, I may be flying by the seat of my pants since I didn't prepare anything for lunch tomorrow; I may just do tuna to be safe. Yes I am starting to feel hungry too.. last night was tough for me as well.. After I posted I ate a protein bar.. still didnt do much to the cals but I was feeling shaky and need to eat. YOu had a very good day and you protein is awesome.  Keep up the good work. you are doing great.. last day of the program and I feel great.. I am sure you do to.. Carla

I want to start my own business so I can set my own hours and my own pay...How exciting for you...I'm so jealous..

My day was okay. alittle short so I'm going to do the ice cream shake again tonight.

Breakfast: malto meal, soy protein, soy milk and coffee

Snack: small orange, SoBe protein drink

Lunch: 1 stuffed bell pepper with left over spaghetti sauce on it (figured .5 cup ground extra lean, .5 cup cooked rice, 1 medium red bell pepper, 2 ounces of cheese and 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce w/meat

Snack: medium apple, protein bar (20 gr)

Dinner: 3 oz grilled chicken thigh, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes (home made)

Dessert: 1/2 cup NSA Coffee Ice Cream, 1 cup soy milk, 1 scoop protein powder. And on top of the 20 oz of coffee, I had three containers of water. 72 oz..Good there. Yesterday was water short..

Calories: 1924  Fat: 54  Carbs: 228  Protein: 145 My son and I want to start a busines that makes up bumper stickers. Most of them funny...I think we're good at coming up with one liners. "Mojave doesnt' SUCK! It BLOWS." LOL. I crack myself up. I got done reconciling our business accounts today. I was missing critical information...No wonder the accounts were off by 150,000 dollars! I was freaking out..I'm better today. At least I don't have to hide from the auditors now...

Congratulations, Carla!!! That really is huge news! I hope you have continued success. My day was good, worked out this morning at the gym...that's what I'm missing. I need to work out early on my days off and if I want to do a class....I'll go back! That's what I used to do, so I might as well start it up again. I'm gonna try and do 1000 cals when I don't work out and 1200 cals on my days that I do work out. I'll see how that goes.... -Muscle Milk Light shake pre workout -Honey wheat english muffin w/tsp butter, 1 grapefruit -4 oz. flank steak, 2 oz. pork loin, 1 BBQ rib, 2 bites of okra&tomatoes mixed in brown rice -1/2c. spaghetti, 1/2c. meat sauce made with 93% lean beef -SF pudding, 1/4c. curried lentils...it's really good!! Estimated totals: Cals 1125 Protein 94. Did good with the cals and good with the protein. As long as the protein is over 90, I'm good. April

2 achieve one drinks, 2 eggs scrambled wih ff cheese, 1 part skim mozz stick, 4 oz grilled chicken with bell peppers/onion over 1/2 cup lettuce topped with 1/4 cup salsa mixed w/ low fat sour cream, 90 oz green tea. The scale was unkind this morning ( I was up 1/2 lb), which completely ruined  my day, even though I know it shouldn't. I am still down 4.6 for the week after three days weighing. Roberta
