Here goes kinda weird day but oh well who said I was normal right... B Coffee with cream and splenda     1 tblsp natural peanut butter L 22 Almonds natural     2 slice provelone cheese      1 hard boiled egg D  Romaine lettuce       Balsalmic dressing       1 hard boiled egg        1/2 cup soy beans S Coffee with Cream and Splenda      1/2 some kinda really good for me protein bar...no more cookies Vitamins and water ( maybe only 64oz but that at least) 971 Calories 74 fats 28 carbs 65 proteins Have a blessed day.

lol. Normal is such a broad term isnt it.  Low day for you I see in all areas.  Loved to see a bit more protein.. you made great choices and had a good day over all..  take care. Carla

Morning Carla, yep you need to stop the loss...although your protein rocks mostly shakes so the calories are low. I had another great day and lots of restriction.  Since I'm not trying to lose (well I did want to lose about 2 lbs and I'm down 1 1/2) I am eating extra throughout the day; the carbs aren't consuming my mind, that's the good thing.

Strange thing is I am just not hungry.  Of course I dont ever think I am hungry.. its that darn head thing.. resolving myself to the shakes has just taken the head out of the equation... Pretty good day all in all... Got outside and was able to enjoy our springtime weather.

Made a chart of my lab values and noticed my ferritan levels have declined from 229 on 8/2006, to 169 on 12/2006, then 132 on 4/2007, and last 32 on 3/2008. My hemoglobin and hematocrit are stable at around 13.6 and 40.5. Anyone have a clue what that means???? I am a little concerned that the ferritan levels have been slowly dropping over the past two years even though the other values have been normal, any suggestions?
