Accountability.. what did you eat Wednesday
Day three for me. One achieve one drink, One entire box chicken stock, one can v-8 spicy, one sf pudding w/ scoop of protein powder, one sugar free pudding w/o added protein, 120 oz green tea, 6oz grilled chicken breast.
I know a bit low on protein today.
Also, did 40 min. on the treadmill mixed interval (speed & incline).
I am feeling slimmer, particularly in my hands and stomach.
A little low today, but I'll try to squeeze in something else before bed...

I use the standard cottage cheese pancake recipe:
1/2 c. cc
2 T whole wheat flour
1/4 c. egg beater
and I add 2 scoops of Chike Banana protein powder. You could probably add 1 T of SF banana pudding mix and get the same flavor - but I do the Chike to add protein! These are so yummy!!!

Long Story... Short: Possible Stress from February Traveling? ***
4/8 Nut Appt: Body Fat Mass 30.5 (mid-normal), but at 135 LB... I'm looking too thin to the NUT.
4/12 Weight drops to 130 LB
4/12 - 4/23 Increased intake by 400+ calories / day
4/24???? Hopefully Labs will be available. January's Vit A (zero) seems to ******ror; so retest was taken. Still hoping that potassium level will rise someday. Good News: 3 Biotins finally helped stop the hair loss.
***8.5 LB lost after January Travel... then another 2 LB prior to the current 5 LB drop
I need to fly next time... being in the car for 3-4 days drives me up the walls... my eating was pretty much the same... Go Figure!
Sorry that this is so self-centered... I am anxious... BECAUSE the Nutritionist does not know yet that I lost another 5 LB in 5 days.... It's not the lecture... it's that I just want to have a stable weight!

Nice to meet you Ro. Dawn has the same problem... cant keep the weight on and is at over 2000 cals a day now.. me I look at food and gain a pound.. go figure how we are all so different.. just keep adding until you stablize. You do need to get more protein in you so you dont start depleting your muscles.. that would not be a good thing.. In look at your food you seem to eat a lot of little things that dont stay with you as far as dense... might wanna try to get more of that in you.... you are doing great.. your body will know when to stop. I think we all go through this a bit... well a lot of us do..
