Accountability.. what did you eat Wednesday
Well day three of the 5dpt. I was so busy all I had time for was shakes and I actually wanted that instead. I did do the tuna for dinner just so I could stay with the program...lol. oh and I had some cheese.
Here was my day
Breakfast:
I think I need to eat or drink more.. way to low I think. I am down to 120 as of this morning so thats 4 pounds down.. dont want to go any lower than that..

I did kung fu for 1.5 hours today and had some extra protein. having a hard time eating. Dad doing much better, but I realize I am tense. Unfortunatley I don't lose weight whether I eat more or less. Oh well. I know I'm healthy though.

I am full. added cottage cheese tonight to get more calories and got in 8 oz fish at one meal for dinner which I couldn't last time I did 5 day test so what gives I am able to eat 8 oz now. It's not alot of calories and its soft fish but just curious because a month ago I could never eat 8 oz. in one meal. :(

Dana It did not take me as long as it should have...about 20 minutes. I remember looking at the clock because we were suppose fini**** in 15. I made the 2nd piece to have for a snack later if I got hungry. After 2 bites I felt tightness...put down my fork and was reading a study about rebounding on Plavix if you stop within a yr...hubby is coming up on 1 yr in June. All of a sudden the tightness let up and I ate the rest of my fish in my plate. Maybe it was a mistake putting it in my dish as I may have ate it mindIessly? I like I can get in that much fish which is high protein and low cal but just was shocked I was able to do it. I did it once last week for first time as well, one of the reasons I wanted to do this test. I am making scallops tonight and I am just measuring out 1 cup I will see if I can get all of it in since its denser.
I had a very stressful day...And I went to check on the airline tickets that I bought to replace the ones with the airline that went under (ATA) and guess what? They don't have record of it. AND the price for the tickets has gone up another $40...Oh I was so mad...But I went to cheaptickets.com (never will recommend priceline.com ever again) and now we're booked, have ticket numbers AND travel insurance...
What did I eat today? I didn't get to snack hardly at all and I was hurtin because of it...So I made myself a protein laced ice cream shake...NSA of course...That's my dessert today. I think I might do that more often...Protein instead of junk..Sounds good anyway.
Breakfast: malto meal, soy protein, soy milk and coffee
Snack: Medium apple and 1 oz cheese stick
Lunch: 1 cup lettuce, 8 spinach leaves, 4 oz shrimp moist cooked.
Snack: 1/4 cup wasabe roasted green peas
Dinner: Spaghetti sauce with added meat (about a cup?) Pasta, about a cup. This took me over 2 sittings to eat. I had to rest in the middle for 15 minutes...I was starving but couldn't eat but half and then half again. Still was too low on my protein so I waited a half hour and had my shake:
Dessert: 1/2 cup NSA Dreyers Coffee Ice cream, 1 cup soy milk and 1 scoop protein powder...

Carbs: 232 (pasta...I'm sure)
Protein: 148
Good on everything but the carbs. Yesterday morning the scale said 122.0..This morning it said 121.4. Maybe I scared myself into getting that protein back up...Probably. Still. Couldn't get the calories up there. I didn't drink much either. I think maybe 34 oz before the shake tonight..Just too busy today...

good job girl.. sounds like you just keep having those crazy days.. of course I am right there with you. I actually had 5 referals to see today... started at 6 am and didnt finish until after 5pm.. now thats a day... yummy you got ice cream... i miss my ice cream... lower lip sticking out... oh well.. soon.. little low on cals for you but your protein is great.....
Now 6 oz aint nothing.. you are doing good at staying above 120...
