QUESTIONS......PLEASE
1. I think if you have been ok with it thus far you are fine to keep going, if you are really concerned ask your surgeon
2. have you added any new foods lately? think hard! any new spices? new drinks? you could cut back to bland/plain foods then add 'new' foods one at a time to see if you can narrow it down. Or log each time you eat what you ate and the results - you may be able to notice a pattern
3. I dont keep track of fiber but eat many high fiber foods
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

It's not the capsules that are the problem, but the oil inside is all but useless to us.
I find that white carbs make me blow up like a balloon. I can do some fruit, but too much fruit and POOF.
