With all the success you've had, it's not a big deal for you to lose 30 or so pounds. You've obviously been good, at least most of the time, to maintain most of your loss over 6 years!

Jen, you can do this!  Just put yourself back on track and it will come off again.  You have a great tool, now just work with it.  30 lbs is NOTHING compared to where you came from.  Good luck to you!
