Accountability... what did you eat Monday
Well hello all... It is the begining of the week. I know many of us are doing the 5 dpt so we will continue to post like always but with very different numbers. So I have discovered that sf instant pudding doesnt work well with soy milk. It never got hard so I had a thick but not pudding like. I have never been one to like pudding or jello so this should be interesting. I know I dont like broth either.. so I think I will be drinking a lot of shakes over the next two days.
Well it is strange but I have not been hungry at all. I ate the pudding for dinner and was full way before I stopped eating, but I knew I needed to get at least that much in.. I guess the pouch is already shrinking..lol...
So you ready for my day...

How is that for some numbers.. I added protein to my pudding so that upped my numbers as well.. Well hope you are all doing well whether it is a 5dpt... a gain a pound or loose a pound diet.. we all sail our ships and have control of our journeys.

Hey Carla, I don't want to burst your bubble but I'm going with a NO on the ice cream, lol.
Ok I followed the plan today but yikes on the bean soup carbs.....even taking out the fiber (which isn't reflected here, the carbs for what I ate are higher than I want, lol. Also the Slim Fast made me so nauseated....I don't do milk well so I guess the milk base is what did it, I guess I'll have to shake my own or drink more of the AchievOne!

Hi Carla. Ice cream sounds REALLY good right now! I'm not on the 5DPT but I'm trying to eat healthy and workout regularly. The scale is moving again, so I just need to keep it up. I always sabatoge myself on the weekends but this weekend wasn't too shabby (except for the 2 red velvet cupcakes
). Here's what I had today:
B- 1 HB egg, 1 mini waffle w/smear of butter and tsp. honey, 1/2 chicken apple sausage
S- Muscle Milk Light shake...very good!! But has alot of cals
L- my own General Tso's Chicken: G.Tso's chicken bites(5), 1/2c. brown rice, broccoli, 3 tbsp. Lite Ginger Sesame salad dressing
D- 3 baked chicken wings, suateed okra & tomatoes and brown rice (about 1/3c.)
S- SF pudding
Went to spinning today and a little low on the protein but I'll try to up it a bit tomorrow. The Muscle Milk has 195 cals for just the powder alone! And I use 1% milk so it's high cals but good cals at least. Estimated totals: Cals 1145 Protein 82g

disappointed that I had to buy a larger pair of junior pants today, size 9. I still fit the 7-8 and can get into 5-6 but that was discouraging to me. No more size 3. Regular size 4-5-6-. oh well.

Low day ffor you... protein is on the low side as well. I cant believe you wear a size 9. I guess it is all about the cut of the pants. I have one pair of pants like that. Strange how clothing sizes vary so much. today I wore a pair of size 5's and had to wear a belt so they wouldnt fall off.. now that is sad... go figure.
Keep up the good work.. life is good now in the single digit numbers..

that is so true. The 7's I have on now, I can pull off if I don't wear a belt. I did buy a bigger size even though these had room, just did not want to appear like I was wearing tight pants for work. I wear these everyday for work, so they do shrink.
I hope the pouchy test goes well for you. I am just trying to get foods in, just don't feel to up to par. will try, try to get another protein drink in, if I can.
