Accountability... what did you eat Sunday

Good day Carla :) I have somehow managed to shrink my pouch so that about 1/2 way through my normal sized meals Im at the need to vomit full level... wtf??? I thought I ate big while gone but I guess it was more big calories than big volume :(  Gonna take a couple days to get back to my pre trip size. I had hoped to gain a few pounds on the trip but newp, not even an ounce :( Blah Im just a bag o joy today :P Anywho I did ok eating but for the cals, which should have been much higher, at least I got my fiber and protein going on :) Sunday April 20th

lunch: ham wrap & apple (330 cals, 8 fiber, 22 protein)

snack: 2 lattes (180 cals, 18 protein)

Dinner: ham wrap & yogurt (330 cals, 4 fiber, 30 protein)

Snack: salad & protein fudge brownie (500 cals, 5 fiber, 35 protein)

Snack: cheese, crackers, cashews, pretzels (335 cals, 7 fiber, 14 protein)

Totals: 1675 cals, 24 fiber, 119 protein Have a great day! HUGS PK

How odd is that.. but its good. you know you can go away and still keep yourself in check.  you will be back to normal in a day or too... glad to have you back Carla

not a bad day over all.. yummy on the hummus.  could use a bit more protein in your day.  what program are you using.  I see that sodium number and want to yell.. guess in the over all picture its not that bad.  I dont monitor mine, but I dont put salt on anything either.. keep up the good work. Hey Carla,  I'm using MY Dinner Plate.  I like it...it's much easier to use than some others & FREE!!   Yes Yummy hummus!  Got it at Sam's (only $5 for a gigantic tub full!)  I love it with the Ka****LC crackers.

It is called "Slimmers Parlaysis."  It is from loosing weight so fast.  I guess my nerve endings didnt like it and lost some of the stuff that keeps them strong.  What happens is when I exercise to hard or cross my legs, etc my legs get numb.  It started with the skin getting numb.  they told me not to worry but than I ended up with very bad drop foot.  I sprang my ankle 4 times just trying to walk.  after months of no exercise it subsided.  I notice when I over do it my legs get a little numb again.  they said it could take a while for the nerves to regenerate so I dont have it happening anymore.  In some cases it doesnt get better and surgery is needed.. I am hoping that is not my case, but his has been going on for over a year now.  I am starting to get concerned about the long term effects this has on my legs. Back to you.. good day.  nice numbers everywhere..  Keep that up.. getting that ship up and sailing again. Carla
