Accountability... what did you eat Sunday

Was really wiped out. But back on track tomorrow at kung fu. Need to increase my water intake though. Will stay away from chicken wings, they were left over from yesterdays birthday party! I made the pizza and the crust is so wafer thin, am not sure how to calculate the calories, but I did my best. hope you do well, and keep up the planning for your protein for your busy upcoming week!

Family came home today - yay! DH leaves again tomorrow for 4 more days - booo...

B) missed it completely S) 15 BBQ potato chips L) 2 oz fish, 2 oz shrimp, 1/2 cup salad with dressing, 1/2 biscuit D) Tomato soup w/ 6 crackers S) Lite & Fit yogurt Not feeling well, having an upset stomach for a couple days. I would add an EAS but it might not sit well.

Hello all...Been busy but doing much better. B Coffee with Cream and Splenda     Atkins shake S  10 natural Almonds L  4 ounces Grilled chicken breast D  1 cup Edename with seasalt S  2 tablespoon natural peanut butter and half an apple      Coffee with cream and splenda 96 ounces at least of water or propel Lots and lots of exercise...I work at a nursing home and we took the residents to a carnival and let me tell you...pushing wheel chairs through crowds and around a fair is truly tired...the weather was gorgeous though 88 degrees and the smiles on the residents faces as they enjoyed the sun fun and junk food was priceless...I am going to get my food on fit day so I can really get a better accountability of my carbs and proteins since this is what I watch.  Have a blessed day.  Everyone hang in there and thanks for all the help!!!

Sounds like you didnt get a whole lot in on the day but you had a lot of fun.  Good idea to track your intake.. it can be a real eye opener. See ya tomorrow Carla

I didn't have any set meal times, I pretty much grazed all day yesterday, not sure if I ate too much but don't think so. Surely not enough protein though, today I'm going to get in a couple of protein shakes to make sure I'm back on track with that. In total for the whole day: 1 1/2 cups of: bits of cut up turkey kielbasa with peas and carrots 1 veggie burger with no bun salad with 1T of salad dressing 1/4 cup of some sort of noodles, not sure what sauce was on them but it tasted cheesy (bad choice) 1/2 cup soy crisps, I know 2 cups are 70 cals for these, so this wasn't too bad creamer in coffee, didn't measure but had 2 cups of coffee and they were light (meaning lots of creamer) Can't spend an hour on fitday trying to guess and figure it all out so I'll call it a day and hope it wasn't too bad. I did take a 25 minute brisk walk whi*****luded some hills as well, so maybe I burned off the noodles! (or it's wishful thinking, but still glad I took the walk) Edited to add coffee creamer, forgot about that.

Yes it takes a while when you first start inputing your stuff but eventually you get your favorites and it goes pretty fast.  I use sparkpeople.  still cant figure out how to use fitday.lol.. well I am not sure what your intake was.. hopefully the kielbasa was low in fat.  seems to be a good day.  when you think back anything is better than days before wls.. wouldnt you say Carla
