Hey all.. I am sucking so big on my protein.. i am gonna add a protein shake if I can tonight to make up some of it.. dont know whats up with the low protein number lately.  just not getting it in.  So here was my day Breakfast:

Those onion rings messed up my protein cause I couldnt eat much of my chicken salad.. bad girl I know.  ok.. so I am not sure I can start it tomorrow but I am gonna give it a try.  didnt have prep time today and of course my work week is crazy.. i cant believe I have booked so much in one week.. I need to not kill myself with appointments..  One thing is I wont be eating much and doing more protein shakes and bars to keep food in me.. so maybe thats a good thing. See you all tomorrow PS.. tomorrow I am starting my exercise routine again.  I think I will avoid legs for the first week just to get me moving and than start them slowly so I dont have more problems.  they said the numbness would go away but I still feel it a bit and with exercises it gets worse.   Carla

Thank goodness I'm starting the 5dpt tomorrow, I am on the carb fest of carb fest right now........I AM prepared for tomorrow, no excuses, it's time to refocus and regain control. April 20, 2008

Dont like broth, dont care much for jello or pudding.. what about yogurt.. I kind of like that.. and of course the ice cream.. can I have that..lol.. not a bad day... cough cough at protein..  even with the choices your carbs are out of the norm.. Lets get this 5dpt party started... not sure I can do it because of my dislike for the meal choices..lol. Carla

Not a good day!! Instead of sitting down and eating a meal, i munched all day, while I moved furniture and rearranged the computer room. Heres the bad news,,, Calories  1413 Fat 43 Carbs  190  (thanks to popcorn and cereal! Protein   74 And about 60 ounces of water. Like Scarlett said,,,,,,,tomorrow is another day!!! Be Blessed Betsy

Oh my. Today was crazy. Yesterday was crazy.  The Mitsubishi is going to be fine but it will need a new engine. It jumped time and the crank case over pressurized and blew the oil filter off. All of the oil went all over the highway. That's not too bad cuz we have another engine. The durango we went to pick it up in has no turn signals, no brake lites and no four way flashers. All on separate electrical leads. hubby is beside himself about that one. It's a hobby for later this week. So we decided to go to Ventura for the day today anyway, just to get out of the house. In my car. We got into town to pick up our friends. Pulled in and guess what? Flat tire on MY CAR. WTH? So much for leaving town at 9 am. It was noon cuz we had to buy four new tires before we hit the highway. Hubby is taking it pretty well. Years ago he'd have been throwing a tantrum. I guess he's mellowing with age. LOL Breakfast: Malto meal, protein powder, soy milk and coffee (drank ALOT of coffee today). I tried some powdered calcium in my cereal today and it tasted NASTY...So I ended up not eating all of it. Figured 3/4 of it..The rest went to the dog. Snack: 1 cup of left over popcorn. Nacho Cheese, good stuff. Second breakast: Jack in the box Breakfast Burrito (yummy but when I looked up the nutritional value I about had a heart attack: 610 CALORIES?) Lunch: Guessing 6 oz of deep fried fish down at Andrias in Ventura, about 10 french fries...yummy brought home alot more than 6 ounces! Snack: SoBe Protein Water Dinner: the last half of my left over Quesadilla Totals for the day: (ouch) Calories: 1965 Fat: 97 Carbs: 173 Protein: 107 WAY low on protein. Maybe I should have a protein shake before bed.  On the bright side, I walked over 6 miles at Ventura and Petey, my little dog, was such a trooper...He didn't growl at anyone and walked on the leash pretty good. He's getting the idea.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Okay I didn't get in all my water but got enough....I didn't want to wee wee all the way up to Tampa so I am stopping now and going to bed...,my allergies are horrid these past 3 weeks. I will be doing 5 day so that will make my decisions pretty easy next few days and no candy so I had the last tonight and threw the bag out.

Allergies I have right now is seasonal...my eyes are bloodshot and I have little red cracks on the corners of my eyes. Happens every April/May. Food allergies affect me totally different. Just got home from 6 hr drive to surgeon, I had to stop to wash my face it was so sore. Felt like a bad sunburn around my eyes.
