Yeah, I bought the SF Peeps just at Easter time. I'm afraid I'll have to wait till Easter of next year to see them again so my 8 packages will have to last me until next April...Ouch. I only have four left...I'm gonna be writing to the Peeps corporate office begging for them by the end of this summer, I think.  I'm sure marshmallows will be around for 50-60 years but I have some that are petrified in my cupboard and those are only good for putting in hot chocolate...I bought a bag of SF mm from Perfectlysweet.com but a 2.5 oz bag is like 10 marshmallows (great in SF Coco btw)...I'm not buying for $2.50 anymore. I found a recipe for SF Marshmallows but have yet to give it a try...Xylitol seems to be the wave of the future where SF baking medium is concerned...
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Sorry about your 3 lbs...I remember when 3 lbs was a good fart! LOL  Sorry...I'll never grow up, I guess! (Farts still makes me laugh)  Silly... haven't felt like logging my food...Been too busy...Forgot to weigh myself all day...I'll just wait til next week...Been working outside in the yard mid day til dinner...Good 5 hours of gardening is some good exercise without over doing it. I'm not sore anymore either, so I must be getting back in shape!  YAY!  Appetite is huge...but I'm not eating what I want to eat...and that's gonna be a problem when I do give in...I hope I make good choices!  B:1/2 C coffee, 1/2C Soymilk 2 oz protein powder L: 12oz homemade cream of chicken and broccoli soup with an added 1/4C TVP (Should have used milk rather than cream...for lower fat...This had about 20g of fat...eek!) S: 1 oz almonds D:4oz barbeque spare ribs (Home made)     2 mini egg omelet oven bites (home made altered recipe from theworldaccordingtoeggface) ~made with tomatoes, mushrooms, green onion, garlic, and hard parm cheese and lowfat     mozz cheese S: 1/4C Choco espresso beans S: 2 mini egg omelet oven bites (1 egg used per two bites) S: 1/2 C Blueberries Fat:  61.5   Carbs: 93.5    Protein: 98      Fiber: 15      Calories: 1528 Spare ribs are high in everything!  Oh well they were really great!  LOL

yes they are and they dont do well in my pouch.. to much fat on them i guess.  nice day of eating and exercising so that is always a good thing.  I need to get back into exercising and plan to get going on that tomorrow.. YOu look great and not being sore shows you are doing all the right things.  have a great weekend.. and keep up the good work. Carla

Good morning Carla! Boy, kids can really be a pain sometimes, LOL. I have 7, so I know! My daughter, now 34, told me she loves my new body but misses the old "Fat mom" sometimes/ I told her to deal with it, she aint comin back! LOL Well, after yesterdays panic attack over the gain, I weighed myself again in the afternoon and had lost 32 pounds somewhere during the day. I put a new battery in my scale too, so I know its accurate now. Heres yesterdays menu, give me any suggestions. And thanks everybody for all the help yesterday,,i tried my best and almost got a hundred ounces of water in. Whew! I felt like I was floating,,but knew that I eeded it. Gonna try for that every day. heres the story: B=2 boiled eggs    154 cal  11 fat  1 carbs 13 protein S- tsp peanut butter  31 cal   3 fat  1 carb  1 protein     small banana   109 cal   1 fat  1 28 carb  1 protein    L- south beach  bar  180 cal  5 fat  22 carb  15 protein S- sugar free popsicle   30 cal   0 fat   1 carb  0 protein     1 c skim milk     86 cal  0 fat  12 carb  8 protein D- Whey protein shake  22 calories  4 fat  4 carbs  46 protein S-  2 c coffee w sugar free creamer  60 c  0 fat 5 carbs 0 pro munched on some lettuce and a couple bites of steamed chicken (couldnt it, was at a restaurant.) LOL!! 9995 calories seems like plenty to me.... clearly that's a typo!
