You are so cute. I am glad you are starting to feel better... keep that up. Nice to see you didnt loose too much during this adventure. maintaining is tough as it is without trying to get the cals up. lol..
keep up the good work. you are gonna be just fine.. time to jump back on that ship and get to sailing

Hello, I'm new. I have lurked for years, faithfully. Never miss a Friday of reading your weigh-ins. I'm not too smart on comupters but I so much want to be apart of you. I need Help! I hope to put my picture on soon. RNY GBP Dec. 1, 2005, with Dr. K. Mitchell in Pinehurst, NC. Starting weight 284 Lowest weight: 133 Today's weight: 145, gained 10 lbs this past 6 weeks. I so need your help! My goal is 124. I'm 5'2" tall. Kathy
Hi Kathy.. just let us know and we will help you as much as we can. I think we have all been there at one time or another. join us on our accountability post and monitor what you eat each day. It makes a big difference. You have done great on your journey and just need to get back to basics. you can do it.. it just takes doing it. welcome aboard and hope to see you on and participating with us.

I'm almost 3 1/2 years out and have gained a bit over the past couple years...decided it was time to go back to basics and actually keep track of what and how much I was eating. I'm happy to report that it's working...last Friday I was at 218 and today I was at 211! A lot of it is probably water weight and such, but at least the scale is moving in the right direction! I've also pretty much completely cut white, worthless carbs out of my diet again (I'm a popcorn fiend) and that always feeling hungry and craving food is going away. Just goes to show that carbs truly are our enemy! :-)
Anyways...Have a great weekend everyone!

Last week: 127
This week 126
I wanted to be at 122 by today but I upped my calories to see if I was in starvation mode and all that did was stall my loss. So I dropped it back to my regular intake (850-1000) and I am loosing again...shows me this is where I need to be for sure in calories, fats, and carb intake if I want to get there. My dr was happy with 130 but "I" want 122. maybe next month at this time. :)
Current weight:120 and still 5'4
You have been at that number so long thats probably what your body wants. I know when I try and up mine it goes against me here lately. I think I have found the magic number for myself as well. Some can do the 2000 calorie days and others just cant.. i guess that will be us.
You will get back down there I'm sure.. just give it time.. youre moving in the right direction
