I don't remember last week, didn't write it down.
This morning I'm at 124.4 so staying in my range. I'm going to do the 5 day pouch test starting Monday, really thinking to much about food and not the control I want to feel.

Sad to say, I have actually GAIINED!
I dont know what I am doing wrong! I am up a pound and a half. Today I was 208.8. I started at 207, then dipped to 204,6...so confused,. Im not eating anything I shouldnt, writing everything down, whats goin on here??
Any advice?? Im gonna post my whole menu today, so ya all can see and maybe tell me what Im doin wrong.
