I jumped in the day I hit one year as well. this is a great board with lots of people with great knowledge. and welcome to our fleet. we are all captains of our own ship. we may be in different places on our journey but we all are here to support each other.. we are a strong crew with a lot of great insite. join us on our journey to a healthier and long lasting you. Tell us.. are you at goal.. still loosing or have you lost to much. what is your goal so we can support you the best we can. Love your numbers. protein looks great. fat is low and the cals are right htere for maintaince. unless you are dawn or plastic kitty who can eat everything in the kitchen and still loose.. lol.. keep that up you are doing great.
