Misty you need all the B's bot just B12.  Thiamine or Thiamin is knows as Vitamin  B1. Lack of this can cause what you described. Did you talk to your doctor about this?

Current weight:120 and still 5'4

According to new studies that show 800 as the bottom of the B12 range, you're really good at 1132.

What kind of iron and how much are you taking? With vit C, but not with other stuff?

I don't see any of the ferrous forms do a really good job for us. Even at much higher doses.

Our (brand, VSG, RNY) ppl start on 150mg elemental iron per day + vit C, alone together for an hour

never with dairy, caffeine, egg or whole graini
OR any other vites, minerals or meds.

Distal RNY and DS start on 450mg, which I think is a bit high, personally. But hey, he's the doc.

It might be not enough, not isolated (ok to take with fruit or veggie) or just not the right kind for you. Where it might work for this one or that one, I know it doesn't work for me. I was taking over 300mg of it back in the 90's and levels continued to drop as if they were M&M's! I swtiched to Tender Iron and levels slowly came up and stayed up since.
