Sorry Carla - I couldn't wait for your post tonight LOL!! I'm headed to bed and I wanted to get this up so I don't forget!

Beautiful 75 degree day here in Nor Cal!

B: 1 packet McCanns SF Oatmeal with light butter
S: 1 TJ's mini whole wheat pita toasted with light butter and whey low gold
L: chicken salad made with cottage cheese
S: AchievOne
S: 1/2 SF Lemon bar (made me dump again - I guess I'm a slow learner...)
D: 3 servings of TJ's white cheddar soy crisps (this was spread out over about an hour because I was out shopping and wouldn't be home in time to make dinner)
S: 2 NSA fudgesicles

Cals: 915 Fat: 28g Carbs: 99g Prot: 70g

Really low day for me, but that's okay - after the last 2 days I really felt like I needed to tighten things up a bit.

Water: a little low but I'm gonna try to squeeze one more bottle before bed
Vits: done
Exercise: none

I went to TJ Max tonight and found a couple of new DaVinci SF syrups - the big bottles for $5.99.

Hold on to  your seat when you read  I didn't have any protein drinks and got in over 100 grms of preotein as my husband brought home a surpise at lunch, good thing it was before I took my first drink...it was a  Philly Chicken Cheese Steak(mini one for me ) OMG this place has the meats and Italian rolls all imported from Phila. I think is at least 7 yrs since my daughter sent us an over night pakage including cheese steak (i am not a meat eater) with tasty caskes and now finally a place here is our town finally got it together. I ate the whole 6 inch sandwich of course half at a time. I didn't think I would get the roll down then hubby told me he had them remove the  inside dough. Darn thing did not bother me one bit until I called after I ate it to find out how many calories, carbs and protein...Lady must have thought I was nuts. She was laughing at me but took the time to add it up. Fabulous treat. Probably will be some time before I do that again.

OMG you are right.. nice non-protein drinking day.  taht philly chicken steak sound yummy.  We dont have things like that out her that I know of.  Than you got in a bunch of nice fish to boot.. wow... If we could all do that each day and get it in like that  our protein companies would go out of business.  Very sweet day for you...  I am totally impressed. Carla

Maybe once every 6 months I can eat a sandwich like that LOL it took me a 2 hrs but damn it was good. I have not been able to get and keep chicken down but this is chopped up fine. However that bread stuck to me as I am too lbs heavier today LOL and I was being so good since my appt is Monday with bariatric surgeon follow up. I am sure its sodium...I don't do salt and I know this hot the spot so there was salt in the cheese and I could taste the seasonings.....yum! Carla that Talapia is so darn good...I never heard of it until I came to Florida and orange roughy very popular here as well...both fish I never ate until last 3 yrs. Today I am doing liquid to get those carbs out of me.

Hi all. I was sooooo tired this morning but still managed to make it to breakfast after work this morning. We went to this placed called Alice's Tea Cup on the Upper West Side (NYC). It mimicks Alice in Wonderland of course! But I had the pumpkin scone.... It  was so good that I'm still thinking about it! So after that, I had to move some calories around but still made out okay. -1/2c. LF cottage cheese, cantaloupe chunks -Cheese snack, 5 wheat crackers, Light n Fit yogurt -about 3/4c. of grapes -3/4 pumpkin scone w/butter, 2 egg whites, 2 slices bacon, 1/2 slice wheat toast -few cantaloupe chunks, 1slice cheese, 2 oz. lite ham on 2 slices wheat bread & mustard, 1c. italian wedding soup -1/4c. collard greens, few handfuls of popcorn I forgot to take my New Whey vial so I would guestimate my cals @ around 1300-1400 and protein @ 65g maybe. I didn't workout today but I'll do better tomorrow. April

OUch on the protein for sure.  sound like a nice breakfast for you.  YOu work night shift at work I take it.  Working that shift and eating is tough.  when I did it I would eat right before going to bed.. not a good thing. get some rest and I will see you tomorrow.  way to rearrange those calories to allow for something special. I think you did pretty good today.  seems like you ate a bit more solid type foods and not as much of the protein drinks and you still got 100 of protein in.  That is good.  Carla

Hi everyone as I said yesterday,   first the teeth then the cold ...uhg...I will start posting my accountablility when my eating is for real.  should be back on track by the beginning of the week.  Right now just hanging in there with shakes and vitamins and as much as I can handle.  No reason to post these unrealistic lists just wanted to say hi and I am hanging in there.
