Medifast for last 20lbs

Anyone use Medifast? Especially to lose last 20 lbs?

I have a couple of friends who tried Medifast (not WLS peeps). They both lost a little, but the weight came right back on after they stopped. I think it's a lot like Slim Fast, which never worked for me. I'd drink a shake and turn around and eat a bunch to go with it. I personally don't think I'd try it, but there might be some others here that are more knowledgeable and have a different opinion.
