One step at a time.. start off walking than toss a little run in and than walk.  keep doing that each day as you increase the distance.  As time goes you will job longer without feeling like you are gonna die.. take a bit but you can do it. Carla

Hi Carla! I haven't checked in with you in a while as far as eating in is concerned so here it goes.. B: 1.5 scoops of nectar cappacino with 8 oz of light vanilla soy milk (sample from vitalady. YUM and no carbs or fat in that protein powder.. wow). S: SB high protein cinnamon raisin cereal bar and large SF, decaff white mocha latte with soy milk. Gym workout --> 3 miles on treadmill at 6mph, 10 mins of walking on incline of 15 at 3.8mph, 10 mins on elliptical on level 8, 1 hour of circuits and then ran into a friend who wanted to play raquetball, played for one hour.  Was at the gym half the day but wow was that raquetball fun! S: After gym, EAS cafe caramel shake D: 1 cup romaine, 1/4 cup raw spinach, 3 slivers of green pepper, 3 slivers of red pepper, some red onion and 2 tbsp of light  ranch, 1 tbsp of light french with 2 tbsp of "salad toppings" S: 1 cup SF jello with FF rhedi whip, 1/4 cup soy nuts S: 8 oz of light vanilla soy milk with 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder with SF chai syrup and ice blended, FF rhedi whip on top. Cals 1218, carbs 87, fiber 19, fats 43, protein 132 This is a low day considering all the exercise but yesterday was a feast of calories for me so I didn't wanna overdue today.
Hugs, Melissa

Hi all. Today was a decent day. I'm here at work now, so I'm just hoping the night goes by fast. Did a really good workout today since I blew it over the weekend, which the issue I'm facing. I do so well during the week and completely blow it Saturdays and Sundays. My trainer said it's okay if I have what I want on the weekends if I still workout. Yeah....I don't usually work out on weekends unless I have the urge! So those are a couple things I need to work on.  B- 1 scram egg, 1/2 chicken apple sausage, 1 slice whole grain cinnaraisin bread, bit of butter S- protein coffee L- salad w/ 1oz. feta cheese, sliced cukes, lite balsamic vinagrette and 1 c. italian wedding soup D- salad w/1 oz. feta, sliced cukes, lite balsamic, 1 tilapia fillet...yum! S- 1 sm. slice turkey, 1 oz. soynuts I got in 85 g protein and 1040 cals. I'm pushing for lower cals to lose some weight, so we'll see. Also the protein is on the lower side of what I usually get but i remember my doc saying 65-75 g protein is good for me at this point. April

Looks good.. you could use a bit more protein if you are working out.  Might want to drink a shake just before or after your work out.  It helps to get the metabolism going and have it eat the fat off you.  give it a try. Carla
