Pouch resetting? For vegetarians?
I have gotten really careless lately with my eating and exercising habits. I have read the 5-day pouch test and am considering trying it. My question is ..... how would you adapt the restrictions to a vegetarian diet? I already eat too much cheese, so I really want to eliminate most dairy.
Any veggies out there tried a modified version of the pouch resetting? Send me your ideas please!

there are several good meat substitutes made of soy products out there that you could use..... I'm not vegetarian myself but I love to stroll my local healthfood store and look at all the alternative foods out there... and I even try some of the more appealing ones.... LOL
