Just want to share this with everyone, just tried Elite High-Protein Oatmeal and it is NOT bad.  I bought the Brown Sugar Cinnamon and yes it is Sugar FREE and get this it has 35 grams of protein.   Ingredients are   Oats, Whey Protein Isolate, Cinnamon, Sea Salt. This is a nice alternative for regular oatmeal that really does not have protein, or having eggs.  I got at the Vitamin Shoppe.    Laura

Hate to disagree...but want to save someone from splurging and spending more than they should if they're tempted...I HATED the oatmeal...and was sad that I ordered 2 boxes of the stuff! I couldn't give it away at support group! I guess it's one of those "to each there own" things... Heather

It's much cheaper to add protein powder to regular oatmeal.

That is right Heather, to each their own and everyone needs to find what works for them.  You might have not liked the oatmeal but maybe other people will.    You can also go to the Vitamin Shoppe and just buy one box and my store said they would take it back and give me store credit. LA

Thanks Laura for the tip.  I love oatmeal, any kind and always have.  I am going to give it a try.  Plus I like to add different things like raisins or dates to my oatmeal.  Thanks again.... Cathy

Hi Cathy, Also just in case you do not like the flavor,  take regular steel cut oats or the Quakers Oats used for the Weight Program and add your own Protein powder that you like.   Good-luck. LA

I tried the granola one and the cinnamon.  The granola was tasty, but I could not get the powder to not be clumpy.  I also sometimes add protein to regular oatmeal.  That is good as well.  Elite has a butter toffee cream flavored protein powder that taste great in the maple and brown sugar(sugar- free) oatmeal.
