I'm home.. had a great time.  The place was just down the street from the MIL so she came and spent everyday with us.  I did so badly on food that I am ashamed of myself.  TOM finally after 3 months showed up with all these snacks around.. not a good thing.. I am embarrassed to even show you what I ate today and I didnt do much better over the weekend.  I have gotta own up to my bad bad days and get my ship back on course so here you go. Breakfast:

At least I got the protein in.. right... lol.. the rest is a mess... might of salvaged it but no.. we had to have pizza for dinner... yikes... the fat and carbs and cals.  I am afraid of what the scale will say tomorrow... May be doing the 5dpt after this weekend.. I need to remember TOM is still here and be a little easier on my self.. NOT... I am very angry with myself and how I feel like I have just blown it all weekend. Anyway had a great time camping and caught 5 trout.. Ah don't worry, come Tuesday I know you will get all your duckies in a row again. See how important the journaling becomes. What's important is your having "pizza" tomorrow.....no no I meant to say it's important you got to relax with friends and do some fishing.

You can go here to read about them, probably not available in your area. Similar to Eggland Eggs. If I can't get one I can always find the other.Less fat, less sodium. http://www.4grain.com/allnatural.html As for food...I had plenty, I eat what works for "me" and follow a mediterrian type diet except for licorice which I deserved! Take another look I had 3 protein drinks, fish, and two egg omelet with roasted red peppers, I roasted yesterday. I don't eat by a clock I eat when I am hungry.

i thought an egg was an egg..   they must be oraganic. i will look it up.. what is a mediterrian diet?  what you had sounds real good.

Anita Jo, there is  information about Mediterranean Diets on web, however I have been eating this way since childhood so its not foreign to me. Do a google search and I am sure you can find something that appeals to you.  ~Ginny

Thank you as the scale said 125 today.. yikes.. and TOM is still here so I should control my reactions better.. you and the low calorie number.. love the other numbers though.. great job.  sound like you are sailing straight. Be good or at least be good at it Carla

YOu know, going off course for a few days isn't the end of the world. Its how you eat and behave the rest of the time that really matters in the long run. so, go from here, and get back on schedule. You had a vacation, enjoyed it, and are back. I did ok today, but didn't log onto fit day. Strawberries, 3 achieve, some swiss cheese fondue and bread, 2 black olives, mandarin oranges, serving rice crisps, coffee, and small serving sf cookies. was having a hard day emotionally, so it was hard to eat, plus I did not sleep well last night, so when I wasn't out working or at church I was snoozing!, Glad you are home safe!!

Tami I'm so  sorry you are having a rough time. I hope it all stops for you soon. I too find it hard to put food in when I am emotional. (found out this week my husband had a stroke and thats why he has been difficult to handle) Just know I am here if you need someone to talk to. Sleep is good when you feel emotional. ~Ginny

thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful words. They really do mean so much. I know this is not a surprise to God, so in that I can take confidence and know He will pull me through. I often say " I don't know how God gets us through, I just know God...." I have to keep busy right now, but even with all this I don't lost those stubborn 3-4 lbs, in fact my feet are swelling, but its that time of month, so that is probably the culprit!
