Forgive and forget, just as another poster stated. That is what we all need to do if we let our self loose for a  bit. You know you can get back to your ususal eating plan. I wish I had an excuse for my eating lately. I can't use the excuse TOM because I am past that stage of my life. SO what is my excuse??????

I think everyday is a challenge and it takes keeping myself accountable so I dont let it win.  I wonder if that day will ever end.  I hear this happens near the two year mark but darn.. been tough to cope with lately. You had a great day.. waht are you complaining about.. look at those numbers.. they rock.. Keep that up.. I think we are our own worst enemies some times Carla
