Aww...well it's good to have you back, although Dawn was a great captain!  She did an awesome job in your place... You have to forgive yourself or you'll keep on the same angry war path with yourself...Forgive it and don't look back...It makes moving away from it that much easier...You can easily blame it on TOM...seriously...That is just such a rough time for me too...I cannot get control of my hunger during that time.  Your hormones throw everything outta balance.  Give yourself a break...and savor that last memory of what a fun time you had...Food and all!  You probably burned off most of what you ate anyway!   As for me...I have no excuse! LOL B: 1/2C coffee and 1/2C soymilk w/2oz protein powder S: (Taste testing at Costco) ~2 pita chips with eggplant in tomato paste ~1 bite redskin potatoe salad ~1 bite polish sausage ~1 bite cheesecake with a coconut graham bottom (OMIGOD!!! yum) L: 1/3 Parmesan  cheese Bagel w/2 oz ham and LFcheese and a slice of salami S: 1/4 C fiber one cereal D: Stuffed Tilapia, sauteed  fresh asparagus, 2 large crab and bread crumb mushrooms S: 1/2 serving Tiramisu  Fat: 78   Carbs:124      Protein: 112.5     Fiber:25      Calories: 1642 (Never got around to Saturday....much better than today's numbers by far!)  I'm not at all upset....I totally enjoyed my day and actually planned much of it...(Didn't plan on the fat being so high though! Oh well)

Yes I know I should be able to enjoy myself but I am always fearful that it can lead to a big collaspe.. I never want that to happen.  You had a high day.  would expect more protein with those numbers but seems like it had more fat in it than protein numbers.. still not a bad day for you... you can handle those kinds of calories.. Look at dinner.. looks totally yummy.. i want that.. See ya tomorrow Carla

Sounds good.. I dont do coffee at all but I know how people get when they dont have it... yikes.  Not sure of the totals but the choices sound good.  Dont think you broke 90 on protein and you may be a bit low on calories.. so you use anything to help you figure out your totals. Be well Carla

Night time snacking is a big problem for me as well.. I always have ice cream so I plan it in my day.  there are days I want a crunch like pretzels.. I will usually eat celery to break that need.  If it gets to crazy I go to bed and than I dont have to worry.  It's never because I am hungry you know..its about the nibbling that is tough. Good day for you.. low on protein.. try more dense protein to help you feel fuller longer .. that may help Carla
