I think it went well, onlythe scale with let me know tomorrow,  but I do have one question.  After the 5DPT, do you up your exercise level up a notch?  Just wondering!  Thanks ~J.

Weight loss is not the objective of the pouch test, so dont be disappointed if the scale hasnt moved tomorrow. Its to reset the pouch, and end cravings. Then, afterwards, you will be able to stick to the basics better and start losing again. Be Blessed Betsy

I did...and I went on to lose weight ...Been maintaining about a month with little exercise (medical reasons temporarily) I just know if I could just get busy again...I'll be at my summer low weight (Then I won't need new cloths! LOL) But I won't tell DH that!

So did you guys make it through day 1and 2? I am attempting today, aiming for good, but not perfection, that way i don't disappoint myself. Wish me luck and let me know any secrets you have for the first 2 days.
