5DPT.....Day #5
I didnt post yesterday, I was soooo busy! So this is the way it went, 30 min. walk, eggs with cheese and steak (two bites), Chicken salad, hamburger with cheese(no bun, obviously),!! sf pudding, and 84.5oz of water! I couldnt wait for fruits and veggies for today, so this is whats up for today...Scrambled eggs with cheese & 3 strawberries, a salad with hard boiled eggs, tomato, cuke, and onion! Dont know whats for dinner yet but I already did a 30 min. walk, and I'm debating doing another 30 min. workout later. Hope everyone else is doing well and I'll check back later!
I'm glad to hear it! I'm a little concerned about starting to eat on Day 3. So far I really haven't been hungry but I know my body needs food because I'm feeling sluggish. Did you just make yourself eat because you had to on day 3 or how did the transition from liquids only to soft protein go for you?
